Easy to Set up

Download and install APP [HDlivecam] and add your spy camera.
Enter your phone's WIFI settings and connect with the spy cam unit's WIFI signal 'Care--APxxx', which will enable a point-to-point connection.
Within the device settings on the APP, choose your home or office WIFI and enter the password to get onto your 2.4GHz network. Once on the network, you will have access to the spy cameras' live stream on your phone when away.

How to do if I unable to connect to Wi-Fi? Please troubleshot the following steps by steps

Before connecting:

Please allow APP to access Location/Local Network/ Notifications/Wireless Data permissions when installing.
Make sure the frequency of your home router is 2.4GHz only in advance. (Not compatible with onvif / phone hotspot)
Please turn off your Android phone 'Mobile Data' before connection.
Make sure the hidden camera with sufficient battery power.


While connecting:

Please let the wireless spy Camera, Phone and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi home router closer together when pairing. Distance within 5 meters could get better signal.
Home router Wi-Fi name and password only support English letters and numbers, not support special fonts or symblols.
